The Recent Solo Circumnavigators Zac Sunderland, Michael Perham and Minoru Saito

The new record holders in sailing around the world are 17 year old Zac Sunderland from Marina Del Rey, California and tad younger 17 yr old Michael Perham from UK. Zac's solo unassisted with stops circumnavigation record was 13 months. Zac held his record for few months before Michael Perham aboard Totally Money succeeded to break both Zac's time and age record. At the moment an Australian girl is attempting to break these records. Jessica Watson, a 16 year old is halfway around the world to break the solo unassisted without stops circumnavigation record in sailing.

Haiti Port-Au-Prince Disaster Relief

We have exhausted all NGO's, other agencies and gov'ts providing assistance in Port-Au-Prince. It would appear by the response, the relief organizations do not need sailors or their vessels for any relief in Haiti? We are still going to organize a drop of medical supplies and dry goods for orphanages in Haiti. I guess with several hospital ships and other naval ships moored just offshore, there isn't much call for little ole' Out-N-Aboat for accommodations.

Several people have contacted us desperately looking for rides into the disaster capital of Port-Au-Prince and other volunteers both sailors and those looking to help in what ever way they can.
