Simply fill out the "booking request" form and submit it online.  We will then send you the transaction and booking confirmation along with your cruise itinerary and special provision and activity requests.

We need to have your food and beverage preferences submitted no later than 60 days prior to your arrival, Skype or e-mail us, if you have any questions when filling out these forms.

It is customary to offer a gratuity at the end of the charter to show your appreciation for the service provided by our professional crew. The average gratuity in the charter industry is from 10 % to 15 % on the basic charter rate.  This is merely a reflection of the service you have received and is no way mandatory.  However we can guarantee your satisfaction with your professional crew as they will certainly earn your favorable review as other guests have..  All information is subject to change without notice.

 Cancellation Policy

Travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

We strongly recommend travel insurance.  Insurance contact information is provided at the time of booking. Cancellation is required in writing prior to 90 days of your charter date.  Your deposit will be refunded excluding administration fees and other relevant costs.  This amount is dependant on the season, (peak vs off-season) number of guests and is approximately $500.

Deposits are non-refundable, if cancellation takes place less than 90 days before your charter date. However, if we are able to rebook on short notice, portion of your deposit is returned.  We will honestly make every attempt to advertise and re-book your cancelled charter date, however we can not guarantee it.

Our  100 % Satisfaction Guarantee of Service

The Captain, Chef/bartender and Hostess/activity coordinator of Out-N-Aboat guarantees 100 % satisfaction providing professional service and paying special attention to our clients needs.  Furthermore your crew promise to provide a very enjoyable environment for both young and not so young.  We strongly feel you deserve the best possible vacation, while aboard Out-N-Aboat and under our care.  We take your satisfaction personally and your enjoyment reflects our crews success. Your safety is our utmost responsibility and your enjoyment a priority.  Your Captain is a very friendly man, however he takes the safety of his guests very seriously.   Out on a yacht clients must pay attention to the Captain as he is merely concerned about safety and your enjoyment ...
