Haiti Port-Au-Prince Disaster Relief
We have exhausted all NGO's, other agencies and gov'ts providing assistance in Port-Au-Prince. It would appear by the response, the relief organizations do not need sailors or their vessels for any relief in Haiti? We are still going to organize a drop of medical supplies and dry goods for orphanages in Haiti. I guess with several hospital ships and other naval ships moored just offshore, there isn't much call for little ole' Out-N-Aboat for accommodations.
We will keep the volunteer effort going, but hold out little chance of provide assistance in the Haiti relief effort other than donating supplies and money.
We will keep you posted while in the mean time we will keep Out-N-Aboat in ship shape and ready to go on short notice.
