Welcome aboard Outnaboat as we plan to set sail for distant shores and exotic destinations over a five year period.   Outnaboat & her international crew will be on a mission of exploration and discovery to every corner of the globe.   Her crew considers themselves global citizens within a global community, where guiding principals of responsible travel,  fare trade and sustainable development are our mandate.  We feel a strong social responsibilty to film + document our travel experiences and share the story with our global community.      

While sailing around the globe, filming and producing this travel adventure documentary,  Outnaboat & her crew will approach each day and each task as a responsible travelor.   Outnaboat is a green sailboat sailing the oceans as a responsible vehicle of transportation.  Everything we do onboard, while sailing and when moored ashore, we do with an eye on global sustainability.  From our choice in transport, a sailboat can sail around the globe on a gallon or litre of fuel and therefore has an incredible low carbon footprint.  All our decisions of transport or otherwise are made with sustainability in mind.  We will always need to make adjustments and changes in our own social and corporate behaviour, bringing positive change to you the viewer hoping to inspire others to follow the green rersponsible travelor. 

We will highlight, not only the wonderful travel destinations in detail and provide references on our website for those we did not have time to visit, but Outnaboat will go 'off the beaten path', to explore and discover the local muscians, artisans, producers or farmers as a part of our fare trade policy and cultural exchange.  All these travel explorations and discoveries are realized while keeping environmental sustainability in the fore and when it is evident that sustainability is not a force moving people or a community, then it is our responsible travelor who will make awareness and education a priority of change. 

Choose from the over 52 cruising weeks each of the five years we will be travelling to distant shores aboard out & about (total 260+ charter destinations to choose from).   This simply illustrates the potential numbers and sources of original stories to document.   As one might imagine, every destination, and every community has a different story to tell, a new discovery in cultural or social exchanges.  Its our mandate to show you the viewer or potential future travelor where and who they are and how 'responsible travelors' can help with fare trade or cultuiral exchanges.  It has the power to bring out the positive features of a global community and allows its local citizens from different corners of the world come together in the common effort that is our global community with sustainable development.
