Ahoy all.  We have been very busy searching for the right investor partner  for Outnaboat charters and our future world circumnavigation adventure travel video documentary..  For the foreseable future we will focus our efforts on location specific charters, in the San Blas islands and BVI in order to raise capital for our five year circumnavigation itinerary and the adventure travel video production we have scheduled with the Travel Network..  
 
We are looking for an investment of up to $250,000 Canadian in return for either a high ROI (8%) from charter revenue or a buy-back program, where the investor would be more involved as an active partner and live-aboard full time or have access several weeks each year - over the five year term.   The investment we are looking for replaces an existing investors position.  This existing investor is a Family member who has other priorities and is looking for a buy-out.    The price for 24.5% ownership for one cabin (two adults) over this 5yr term is $125K Canadian.  This is  $62,500 per adult.  This comes with a guaranteed 50% buy-out after 5 years, ad charter revenue sharing and you will receive your full100% return on your 5yr  travel adventure sailing.   This offer will not last long.
 
                                                                    
                                                                              MARKET RESEARCH
 
The following is a summary of our business plan, which is available upon request.  The 'catamaran era' has been born and their acceleration through the sailing world is far more electric than anyone could have imagined. Today catamarans have opened our small 7% industry in North America to a larger 70% industry which is blossoming before all of us. The reason is 3 fold; catamarans do not heel over when sailing, this is the worlds most stable craft at anchor and under sail. The space inside is three times that of any vessel with the same length, this applies to the deck as well. This enormous space now allows for total comfort and here comes those large queen sized cabins for all guests. Catamarans now provide the best of all worlds. 

 
In reviewing the demographics for 'traveling baby boomers' as Outnaboat's business model directly reflects their demographics; since they represent 80% of disposable income, baby boomers will have a huge influence for many years as they make their travel arrangements. 
 
Baby Boomers are not ignorant of what is going on around them and they want to learn more about their neighbors and we all understand the world is only getting smaller as a result.  Under the management of Out about Multimedia Inc. we have the travel adventure documentary Cruz’s Outnabout + the world broadcast rights, the spin-offs i.e. DVD sales, graphic prints etc., 
 
While producing this adventure travel documentary, we will continue offering Outnaboat World Charters and promote these itineraries from the sailing routes Outnaboat will take over the five year term.  These cabin charters with their dates, destinations and itineraries will be provided via an interactive Google earth map.  A client can simply review our interactive map showing our present location plus all the updates thru face book + twitter social media, and then choose where and when they wish to join Outnaboat for an experience of a life time.
 
We will have  2 double + 2 single cabins accommodations available for up to 6 charter guests with very affordable rates when compared to other yacht charter prices.   Over five calendar years this works out to be 480 queen suites + 480 single cabin holidays available for charter bookings.  Combining this charter with our professional crew and Outnaboat, which was voted the number one world charter vessel in 2005, you see the opportunities.
 
 
                                                                                               BENEFITS
 
The benefit here is the financial package in return for the five year use of a world class luxury catamaran for personal or business purpose.  Not only do you have at your disposal a world class yacht sailing the globe, but a full-time professional owner/operator maintaining her 24/7 so you never ever need to worry or pay for upkeep or repairs.  We can cater to your weekly cruises onboard similar to all-inclusive charters. So you are benefiting from a great return on your investment plus an all-inclusive world chartered catamaran where you can fly to and rendezvous anywhere at any time during here five year circumnavigation.
 
Any investor can look to the following as supportive for protecting your investment with Outnabout..  First off your investment is secured by the equity or collateral in Outnaboat's surveyed estimate which is twice that of the investment we are seeking.  The new investor will be named on vessel title registry and hold all 64 shares or a mortgage lien against Outnaboat.  This investor will also be named beneficiary to the insurance policy and have first claim on any recovery claims.  In other words the investor’s interests are protected for the five year term.  At the end of the term the investor will give up ownership rights (and any and all other rights) to Outnaboat in exchange for the agreed upon contract terms for financial compensation.
 
Erika and I will always remain onboard Outnaboat managing and maintaining her over the term and beyond.  Other than the insurance which is renewable each year, the investor will not be responsible for any maintenance or other yacht fees beyond this five year term.
 
                                                                                             FUTURE
 
Outnaboat will offer her charters in the San Blas Islands and BVI for the foreseable future until we have settled the investor/partner issue.   Outnaboat will start her circumnavigation once we have the investor/partner issue settled.  The adventure travel filiming begins here also.   We will sail south/west from Trinidad & Tobago to the San Blass Archipelagos and her 400 islands and offer charters there this Summer.  When November comes around we will sail north along the central American coast thru Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua,  Guatemala,  Roatan, Placentia Belize, CanCun Mexico,  over to Cuba, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Haiti, BVI etc.  We should arrive in BVI to start the souther Caribbean sail around Nov/Dec 2011. 
                                                                        
                                                                                        ARC Europe
 
We will sail south from there to coordinate with the ARC (Atlantic Rally Crossing) which leaves in May 2012 from
ARC Europe.   An annual transatlantic return trip every May from Antigua and Florida to Lagos, Portugal via Bermuda and the Azores.  There is much more information however this is a good start at the summary.
